Vision on learning
Our customers reach out us because they want to learn how to approach a particular process differently. In our Lean programs, a lot of attention is paid to learning. The trick is to ensure that the learning lasts. So how do we do that?
Practice new methods: In a safe environment we allow you to experience new ways of working that will lead you away from the old ways and roads you’ve been following. It is the only way to discover the benefits of thinking and acting differently. By offering and developing different (new) routines you create new routes and directions in your brain.
A safe and inspiring learning environment: With each assignment we define the dominant learning styles of the group and what the organization needs. We adapt our approach based on this knowledge. Within our learning environment errors are accepted and we make learning inspiring. And after that? Let the experimenting begin!
Learn to reflect: The learning effect lasts through reflection on others and yourself. We ensure the feedback is always respectful and constructive. And we give you interim practical assignments that we evaluate together. Let’s develop your new routes!
